Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What blog platforms do you design for?

Currently, we only design for WordPress and Blogger blogs.

  2. Where do you get your graphics? Do you do custom illustrations?

We get our graphics from stock graphics sites such as Fotolia, DepositPhotos and iStockPhoto. We, however, do custom illustrations upon request and at an additional cost.

  3. How long before I can use the theme I ordered from you?

It depends on the current WAITING LIST. But once you're on top of the list, it generally takes 4-5 days for your theme to be designed and installed by us.

  4. Can I see my theme while you are working on it?

Yes, of course. In fact, we insist that you take a peek on our progress while we're working on your theme, as your input is valuable to us. We have a test blog for both WordPress and Blogger which we will give you access to once we have something to show for.

  5. Do I have to pay in full up front for theme orders?

No, you don't have to pay in full. We do, however, require a 50% down payment. As for the add-ons and services, we require a full payment up front.

  6. Is installation for the add-on items free of charge?

Yes, it's free of charge but for up to three add-ons only. It costs an additional $10 to install what you ordered if add-ons exceed three items.

  7. What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal and direct bank deposit (UnionBank).

  8. Can I use my purchased premium theme as your code base?

We prefer to use my own code bases, as we are already familiar with them and helps speed up the coding process. However, if you insist on using your purchased premium theme, we will have to charge an extra $20 for the extra time it takes for us to learn it and use it for coding the design.

  9. Do you have a terms and conditions of use?

Yes, we have policies, but don't worry, they're not scary. At all. And we promise, no legal jargon. You can read them HERE.

  10. Is installation to my blog FREE of charge?

Yes, all packages come with a free installation.

  11. What if I want to install the theme myself, would you charge me less?

Unfortunately, we wouldn't. We would like to personally install the theme ourselves so we can make the necessary adjustments when the codes are uploaded to your blog. Should you insist on installing the codes yourself, we cannot guarantee you that it will act the same as when it was on the test blog, nor will we entertain any call for help after we handed you over the codes.

  12. Would you ask for my log-in details?

Yes, we would ask for your log-in details. We strongly advise clients to change their password to something temporary before giving it to us. You can change it back once we're done with the installation.

  13. Do I get to decide on the elements of the design?

Yes, absolutely. As much as possible we like to hear inputs from clients because it makes the finished product more personalized. But some clients leave it to us to decide what the design will look like. We can work either way.

  14. What if I messed up the theme I bought from you? Will you help me with it?

Of course. But only for very minor changes. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with a radically altered theme you ordered from us, so you should always back up your template before making any changes to it.

  15. Do you offer help with making the transition from one blog platform to another (i.e. from Blogger to WordPress)?

Yes. To read our terms regarding this service, please refer to THIS page.

  16. Aside from blog themes, do you offer any other services?

Yes, for a list of our complete services and prices, please refer to our RATES page.

  17. Am I free to send you an email if my question was not answered here?

Yes. We encourage that any further clarification be directed to our email.

  18. Great! I want a blog makeover now. How do we start?

We require that our clients read our Terms and Conditions of Use first, so that's the place to start. You will find in that page options on what you could do next.
