We will not be held responsible for anything you do not know by not reading the below terms, so please be sure to carefully read over the following before engaging any of our services or purchasing any of our designs. Note that by submitting your payment, you are agreeing to everything indicated below. We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

We accept PayPal and bank (UnionBank) payments. We always require a 50% down payment (or its equivalent in Philippine Pesos based on exchange rates that day) for theme orders, with the rest of the payment to be handed over before we install the theme to your blog. For add-ons, services and premade payments, full payment up front is required.

All communication will be through email and/or instant messenger. During the design phase, we require that you constantly check your email and/or instant messenger for question or a request from us. If we don't receive an answer from you within forty-eight hours, your theme order will be placed at the bottom of the queue and we will immediately start on the next client on the list. If you have been put on the bottom of the queue twice already due to you not answering your emails, your payment will automatically forfeited and you will have to make a down payment again to secure a place on the waiting list.

With all the themes we make, we leave a single link to our portfolio page at the bottom of the blog. The link should be left intact, UNALTERED and NEVER removed, as it is one of the ways new clients find us. You may never claim the codes as your own.

We retain all rights to display ordered themes in our portfolio and advertising materials. Testimonials from clients may be posted on any of our blogs.

The theme you ordered from us may ONLY be used for a single blog. Should you wish to use the same template for additional blogs you own, you will have to pay an additional $15 per blog that you want to have the theme installed. You may NOT sell, reproduce or give away themes you ordered from us without our express permission.

For add-ons orders: Up to THREE revisions are allowed. Any revision beyond that WILL BE charged an extra amount depending on the complexity of the edits.

For makeover packages: Reasonable revisions within the design phase is free. The operative term here is REASONABLE, meaning a justifiable number of minor edits. However, if requests for revision takes more time than it usually takes for us to edit (yes, even within the design phase), we will have to start charging an extra $15 per hour. Layout style change after we have coded your original layout style order will be charged an additional $30. Revision requests to the design AFTER the theme is installed will be entertained, but at a cost of $15 per hour. However, any errors on our part will be corrected free of charge and immediately, even after the code has been installed. So please report known bugs to us immediately.

Support for the theme is free for the first week after the theme has been installed to your blog, but will also depend on the frequency and complexity of your questions. We may have to charge an hourly rate of $15 if we deem your questions too time-consuming or difficult to work out. Support outside the one-week period will be charged $15 per hour.

Although we personally back-up your old blog design before installation, we strongly suggest that you, too, save a back up of your template. If there's one thing that you can't have too many of, it's a back-up file. We will not be liable for any failure to back-up on your part.

All the preceding terms apply to our pre-made templates. Additionally, no other request will be entertained except to change the text of the header, signature and button/badge. If you want add-ons to go with the pre-made template, normal rates will apply.

Also, for premade templates, you will be responsible for hosting your images and files, which means you'll need to open a Photobucket.com (for files) and a Webs.com (for the .js, .swf and .css files needed to make the fancy fonts work) account (if you still don't have one with them). We will personally upload the images and files to said sites, however, so we'll need your log-in details from there.

There are times when there will be a queue for theme orders, so please be patient and wait for your turn if others happen to be ahead of you in the list. The order of the queue will be based on who paid down/full payment first. Turnaround period generally takes 5-6 days for each client.

Down payments for the themes are non-refundable, should you change your mind in the middle of the design phase and decided to withdraw from the makeover. There will be no exceptions.

All emails and documents provided by the client will be treated as confidential between us and the client.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.
